Forge FC’s Elimane Cisse, David Choiniere and Beni Badibanga were all named to the Canadian Premier League’s Gatorade Team of the Week for Week 24.

All players made key contributions in the Forge FC’s 3-1 win against Vancouver FC on September 21 to help the club clinch a spot in the CPL Playoffs.

Elimane Cissé (Forge FC)

Cissé did well at right-back for Forge in their win over Vancouver FC, with a good assist on Béni Badibanga’s goal. He also won possession eight times and made three successful tackles.

David Choinière (Forge FC)

Forge’s dynamic winger was arguably the brightest star in their 3-1 win at Vancouver. With a goal and an assist, Choinière was the driving force behind their impressive response to the previous week’s loss in Halifax.

Béni Badibanga (Forge FC)

Badibanga scored with a lovely finish in Vancouver, and had four shots in total on the afternoon, also winning 12 duels with six successful dribbles.
