The Canadian Premier League announced Thursday that Forge FC goalkeeper Triston Henry has been named a CPL Goalkeeper of the Month for July.
Henry, 29, posted three clean sheets, eight saves made, and three wins over four appearances in July. He was named to the CPL’s Gatorade Team of the Week in weeks 13, 15 and 16 and helped lead Forge FC to an unbeaten 3-0-1 record over that span. The 6-0, native of Toronto, Ontario is currently ranked among CPL leaders in numerous statistical categories thus far in the season, ranking first in clean sheets (6), fifth in saves made (37) and first in wins (8).
