The Canadian Premier League announced Friday that Forge FC goalkeeper Triston Henry has been named a CPL Goalkeeper of the Month for October.
Henry, 29, posted 9 saves, and two wins over three appearances in October en route to winning his third CPL Title. The 6-0, native of Toronto, Ontario finished the season ranked among CPL leaders in numerous statistical categories, including being first in clean sheets with 9. Prior to the final, Henry was awarded the Golden Glove as the league’s 2023 Goalkeeper of the Year, winning the honour for the second time in his Forge career.
This is the third time Henry has been named Goalkeeper of the Month in 2023, having also earned the nod for his strong performances in May and July.
