FORGE FC 2023 MACRON CLUB KITS UNVEILED

Forge FC unveiled Tuesday the custom-designed Macron primary and alternate playing kits ahead of the 2023 Canadian Premier League season at the Kit Launch Party.

The 2023 primary and alternate kits pay homage to the chain around the Cinquefoil on the city of Hamilton’s flag. The six-linked chain represents the regional municipalities of Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook, Hamilton and Stoney Creek and symbolizes Forge FC’s eternal link with the steel city of Hamilton.

The primary kit prominently features the six-linked chain united around the crest of the jersey. From there the chains cascade ever larger throughout the jersey utilizing an abstract tone-on-tone sublimated print. The primarily orange kit includes pops of steel and white accents throughout, including the collar and cuffs. The city of Hamilton pride is highlighted on the back of the jersey.

The alternate kits feature a black and steel modern chevron design, a nod to the city’s industrious history. A steel chain accent between every black chevron on the front of the jersey further celebrates the link to our diverse and vibrant communities. The jersey is complemented with black sleeves and accented with steel-coloured stripes on the cuffs and collar. The city of Hamilton pride is highlighted on the back of the jersey in orange.

Both kits will proudly include new league sponsor CIBC on the left sleeve of the jersey. The CPL Champion North Star, which honours the league’s reigning champion, will sit in gold below the Forge FC logo on both kits. The kits will also display the CPL’s Legacy Patch on the right sleeve honouring the three North Star Shields Forge FC has claimed in its history, won in 2019, 2020 and 2022. Tim Hortons returns as Forge FC’s official kit sponsor for a fifth consecutive season.

Forge FC’s team-authentic jerseys will be available online for purchase today at https://shop.ticats.forgefootball.club/collections/forge-fc-jerseys and in-store at the Forge FC Shop at Tim Hortons Field. Fans will be able to customize each jersey with either their favourite Forge FC player or a personalized name and number of their choice at an additional cost.
