The Haitian Football Federation announced Wednesday that Forge FC defender Garven Metusala has been called up to the Haitian national team for the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup.

Metusala, 23, has made seven appearances for Forge FC in the 2023 campaign, playing an essential role in the club’s backline. The 6-1 defender, made his international debut for Haiti at the age of 22 against Guatemala on March 27, 2022, and will be a part of the Haitian roster for the following matches at the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup:
