HSG Premium Concierge Team

Overview:

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats & Forge FC are looking for enthusiastic individuals who pride themselves on having a deep understanding and passion for Hospitality for the 2025 season! The Concierge team plays an integral role in successfully creating and delivering a world-class guest experience for our Premium seat holders at Hamilton Stadium. The Concierge team works all events at Hamilton Stadium. This includes Hamilton Tiger-Cats home games, Forge FC home games, concerts, and other sporting events.

This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to gain experience working in event management, the sport and entertainment industry, and who enjoys working in a team and customer-facing environment.

Currently, gameday opportunities are available to work Tiger-Cats & Forge FC games, as well as additional opportunities to work other events may become available at a later date.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The Concierge team is a group of gameday Guest Experience staff who oversee our premium seating areas to ensure that all guests feel like VIPs from the time they arrive at the stadium until they leave.

The Concierge team offers the following:

• Greeting/checking-in guests
• Coordinate Premium Experiences
• Directional guidance
• Merchandise, Food & Beverage acquisition
• Monitoring ambiance
• Mascot appearance request
• Kids Programming
• Local Recommendations
• Special Requests

Qualifications:

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Team player who excels while working with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Committed individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on any task

Education & Experience:

• Relatable experience in a previous role
• At least 18 years of age
• Interest in working in event management, the sport and entertainment industry and in a fan experience role.
• Experience in a front-line service or customer-facing position
