In-Stadium Host

Hamilton Sports Group is seeking an energetic, engaging individual to serve as the InStadium Game Day Host for Forge FC matches at Tim Hortons Field. This role is pivotal to creating an exciting and memorable game day experience for fans, leading in-game promotions, on-field activities, and fan interactions. The Game Day Host will be the voice and face of Forge FC in the stadium, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-microphone host for Forge FC home games, engaging with fans and
  maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
• Execute live in-game promotions, contests, and sponsor activations.
• Announce pre-game and in-game activities.
• Work closely with the game production team to follow and adapt to the game script.
• Interact with fans in the stands, on the concourse, and during in-game segments to
  enhance the overall experience.
• Collaborate with the mascot team, promotional staff, and field crew to execute onfield activities.
• Serve as a positive representative of the Forge FC brand while ensuring sponsor and partner requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in public speaking, hosting, or emceeing live events is strongly
  preferred.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and comfortable engaging with large crowds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a live setting.
• Knowledge of soccer and Forge FC is a strong asset.
• Must be able to attend the majority of Forge FC home games, including evenings
  and weekends.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  and energy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
