Accessible parking is available for pre-sale on an event-by-event basis. Accessible drop-off zone for Forge FC matches are at Gate 1A (Balsam) .
Hamilton Stadium has a wide range of accessible seating options. Please reach out to customerservice@ticats.ca to inquire about our offerings.
For Forge Forge FC matches, alcohol service will conclude at the 75th minute of the match.

Available in all family washrooms which are located on each concourse as well as on Club Level.
Bags of any kind larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ are prohibited. Please note there is no on-site check-in or storage.
Flag poles/sticks are allowed in the venue IF they do not exceed 4ft in length. Flags and banners must be related to the event. Flags and banners exceeding 3ft x 5ft are not permitted unless they are pre-approved by venue staff*. Inappropriate signage including, but not limited to: profane language, obscene graphics and gang affiliations are prohibited. Stadium branding including, but not limited to: team logos, corporate partnerships, and marketing advertisements may never be covered in any manner by any type of signage or display brought in by a guest.
Binoculars are permitted for all events.
No coolers, glass bottles, or cans of any kind; thermoses/reusable water bottles exceeding 1L are also prohibited (exceptions will be made based on extreme heat conditions).

Professional camera equipment that includes, but is not limited to: cameras with lenses longer than 3” (detachable or non-detachable), video cameras and the use of video-capable devices such as GoPro as well as tripods, selfie sticks, telescopic or similar devices.
Accessing Club Level: Club seating is located on the 4th floor on the West side of Hamilton Stadium. Club guests can access Club level seating by entering Gate 1 and taking the west stairs to level 4, or entering Gate 3 and taking the stairs or elevator to level 4. Our guest experience team will ask all Club guests to show their tickets upon entry.
Concierge Service: Available each game day at the main entrance of the Club Level, our Concierge Team will ensure that suite guests have access to the following services:
- Greetings and directional guidance
- Merchandise acquisitions
- Mascot appearance requests and kids’ activities
- Special requests
Extended bar service in the main Club for up to one hour following the final whistle.
In-Seat Beverage Service Don’t miss a minute of the match, check your cup holders for a QR code that you can scan with your mobile device to view a menu and order drinks and snacks right to your seat.
Forge FC Shop Kiosk in Club 3 – Club guests can shop for Forge FC gear in the retail kiosk now located in Club Room 3.
Concessions provided by Sodexo Live! are available for purchase at Hamilton Stadium. Please remember ALL concessions are cashless.

Hamilton Stadium is equipped with six elevators. These elevators are located at all accessible gates (1A, 2A, 4A) and at main gates (3 and 5)
In an emergency, Hamilton Stadium staff will utilize the public address (PA) system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

There are eight points of entry into The Stadium. Gate 1A (Balsam Ave N.) Gate 1 & 2 (Cannon St E.) Gates 2A, 3, 4A (Melrose Ave N.) Gate 4 & 5 (Beechwood Ave.) Please see the map below.

Family washrooms can be found on all concourses as well as on Club Level.
St John Ambulance is on-site for all events to provide first aid services to fans and staff, if you are in need of first-aid please visit a guest services desk or contact GuestAssist with your seat location.
No outside food and beverage is permitted into the stadium. Concession stands within the stadium provide a wide variety of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Guests requesting to bring in outside food and beverages due to dietary restrictions should fill out the following form here no later than 72 hours in advance of the event in which they are attending.

Lost and Found is kept at Gate 3 security. After a Forge FC match please give our team a call at (905) 547-2287 or e-mail info@forgefootball.club to inquire about a lost item and a member of our team will be in touch with you.

As Pitchside Patio seat holders we are excited to offer you an unparalleled CPL match experience with private outdoor seating as close to the excitement on the pitch as possible!
A Guest Experience team member will be located in your section should you require any assistance during the match.
Food & Beverage: Pitchside Patio guests can order food and beverages to be delivered right to their seats during the match by scanning the QR code located on their table. Click to view match day in seat menu offerings.
If you have any questions or concerns during the match, a Pitchside Patio host will be visiting your section and can provide you with any support you need.
Food and beverage pre-orders can also be placed 48 hours before match day. A reminder with details on how to order is sent out a week in advance of each match day.
- Weapons or replicas of any kind that include, but are not limited to: guns, firearms, ammunition, stun guns, self-defense sprays, fuels, torches, lighter fluid, bats, brass knuckles, batons, martial art weapons, knives, razor blades, box cutters, scissors and tools.
- Explosives, aerosols and fireworks of any kind that include, but are not limited to: flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics.
- Bags of any kind larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″are prohibited. Please note there is no on-site check-in or storage.
- Outside alcohol.
- Illegal drugs, illicit substances or prescription narcotics in non-labelled containers.
- All tobacco and cannabis-related products must be concealed within their package while inside the stadium. Including vaporizers and e-cigarettes.
- Umbrellas may be brought into Tim Hortons Field but are not permitted to be open anywhere within the facility. We encourage all guests to bring collapsible umbrellas so they can be easily stored under seats.
- Professional camera equipment that includes, but is not limited to: cameras with lenses longer than 3” (detachable or non-detachable), video cameras and the use of video capable devices such as GoPro as well as tripods, selfie sticks, telescopic or similar devices.
- Items intended to create an optical distraction (laser pointing devices).
- Aerosol cans or noise-making devices, whistles, musical instruments, powered megaphones and air horns.
- Flag poles/sticks are allowed in the venue IF they do not exceed 4ft in length. Flags and banners must be related to the event. Flags and banners exceeding 3ft x 5ft are not permitted unless they are pre-approved by venue staff*.
- All outside food and beverage**.

- Inappropriate attire or signage including, but not limited to: profane language, obscene graphics and gang affiliations*****.
- Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of other guests.
- Wall affixations.
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts and advertisements.

Permanent retail kiosks can be found on The Lower East, Upper East, and Lower West concourses. Mobile retail kiosks can be found within the gates. The flagship store is located in the South East corner of the stadium. Please see here for hours.
Fans are NOT permitted to re-enter once their ticket has been scanned.

As Sideline Terrace seat holders we are excited to offer you an unparalleled CPL match experience with private outdoor seating that offers some of the best views of the pitch at Hamilton Stadium.
Stadium Entry: East Sideline Terrace guests can enter the stadium via Gate 1, 1A, or 5 and heading to the second-level concourse, each pod has a Section number – 114,115, or 116 and a Pod number – 1, 2, or 3. A Guest Experience team member will be located in your section should you require any assistance during the match.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the confines of the stadium as well as on Hamilton Stadium Property.
Strollers are permitted inside the stadium but are prohibited from being stored beneath the seating area. Guests may check their stroller in at one of four guest services locations located on each concourse.
Stadium Entry: Suite guests can enter the stadium via the Gate 3 Premium Entrance, located at 64 Melrose Avenue and make their way up to suite level (level 5) by elevator or stairs.
Concierge Service: Available each game day at the main entrance of the Suite Level, our Concierge Team will ensure that suite guests have access to the following services:
- Greetings and directional guidance
- Merchandise acquisitions
- Mascot appearance requests and kids’ activities
- Special requests
Food & Beverage: Suite guests can order additional food and beverages in the suite during the match from a small menu of freshly prepared items.
